At MAISON de SABRÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized leather goods, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on non-personalized items. Please note that custom-monogrammed products are unique to you and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original premium packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our atelier.
